Tuesday Thoughts – 29 March 2016

The pen in rotation today is Oliver F27 with Schmidt Medium Nib inked with mix of Chelpark Emerald Green and Chelpark Black.

And inspiration for today comes from one of the great scientist and 11th President of India, APJ Abdul Kalam

  1. Hey Viabhav,
    Thanks for the great quote.
Collecting fountain pens is a new hobby by for me.
I ordered a VP extra fine from jetpens on the 18 of March. USPS does’t offer tracking in India. Any idea about how long it will take?
    Thanks for the help.

  2. Beautiful pen and photography. Does that Ecoqua paper work for you?

I have tested a notebook a while ago, and at first all my fountain pens worked perfectly with it, and writing on it was a dream, but then after a couple of pages every pen started to skip more and more and finally refused to write alltogether, so unfortunately for me it was a complete fail.

  3. I greatly enjoy reading your post. Unfortunately, where I live there is very little information about the pen scene in India, such a large country with so many pens. You certainly do a great job of raising consciousness of Indian pens and inks. KI also invite you ti kindly visit my blog page here at WordPress: manuscriptorum.wordpress.com and leave a comment there.

  4. Wonderfully beautiful pen. It is a pity that no pens from India get distributed in Brazil. Perhaps we could find a way to import those pens into the country.
